Furallure B.V. – Returns & Refunds
At Furallure, we believe luxury is in the details — including the way we handle returns. Our goal is to ensure your experience is seamless, elegant, and effortless.
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
1.2. After notifying us of your decision, you have an additional 7 days to return the items.
1.3. Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including original shipping, within 14 days.
2. Return Conditions
To maintain the exclusivity of Furallure pieces:
2.1. Items must be returned in pristine condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
2.2. All original labels, hangtags, packaging, and accessories (dust bags, packaging elements, promotional items) must be included.
2.3. Items showing wear, stains, odors, or damage cannot be accepted.
Please note:

Personalized or custom-made pieces are non-returnable.

Gift cards and digital products are non-returnable.

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., underwear) are excluded.
3. Return Process

3.2. We will respond with a confirmation, return address, and instructions.
3.3. Returns must be sent within the 14-day period following your withdrawal notice. You are responsible for timely and proper shipment.
3.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.
3.5. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service. Furallure is not responsible for lost shipments without proof of delivery.
4. Inspection & Processing
4.1. Every returned piece is carefully inspected for condition, completeness, and compliance with our return standards.
4.2. Returns that do not meet our standards may be partially or fully declined. We will always contact you if this occurs.
4.3. Approved returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5.2. We reserve the right to hold refunds until the returned items have been inspected and approved.
5.3. If only part of your order is returned, original shipping costs are not refunded.
