Shipping Policy – Furallure

  1. Shipping Areas

1.1. Furallure ships orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and other EU countries.
1.2. International shipping outside the EU is possible; different delivery times and rates apply.

  1. Delivery Times

2.1. Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.
2.2. For Belgium, delivery time is 2–3 business days.
2.3. For other EU countries, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
2.4. For shipping outside the EU, delivery generally takes 7–14 business days.
2.5. Delivery times are indicative. Furallure is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

  1. Shipping Costs

3.1. Within the Netherlands: €4.95 per order.
3.2. Belgium: €7.95 per order.
3.3. Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium on orders over €100.00.
3.4. International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

  1. Shipping Partners

4.1. Within the Netherlands, we work with PostNL and DHL.
4.2. For international shipments, we use DHL Express or comparable reliable couriers.

  1. Track & Trace

5.1. All orders are shipped with a Track & Trace code.
5.2. You will receive the Track & Trace code by email once your order has left our warehouse.

  1. Risk and Responsibility

6.1. The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the consumer at the moment of delivery to the specified address.
6.2. In case of incorrect address details provided by the consumer, Furallure is not responsible for reshipping the order.
